Property Sales Assistant ｜Sales Assistant
1. Provide professional real estate and other related services for international students to help them settle down.
2. Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings to report and update colleagues on sales performance and market information.
3. Timely update listing information, participate in client meetings and bring them to the property tours.
4. Support brand and company promotion and have a general idea of the company's service as required.
5. Excellent skills in research, ability to collect and analyze the customer group information.
6. Ability to build rapport with leasing companies and clients.
7. Complete the company's monthly target as required.
